News from the cooperative — June 2026
Hi friends,
It's been a beautiful stretch at RegenHub. The energy has been popping — every happy hour somehow more alive than the last — and since Boulder Startup Week we've welcomed a wave of new folks coming to co-work and find community with us. If you've felt the pull to come spend a day here, consider this your invitation.
This is the first of what we're making a regular dispatch — a way to stay better connected with our community as the cooperative grows. We'll send one every couple of weeks; and if it's ever not for you, there's a one-tap unsubscribe at the bottom, always.
Going deep on Techne
After a month-long series exploring Technology and the Human Future, we've been sitting with the idea of Techne — and what it means for how we build as a cooperative. It's becoming a throughline for the kind of place we want RegenHub to be: technology in service of being more human, not less.
That exploration has been getting richer through our weekly guest dialogues:
- Two weeks ago, Griff Green joined us on Ethereum, funding public goods, and his work reviving "The DAO."
- Last week, Nathan Schneider facilitated a discussion on Magnifica Humanitas — Pope Leo XIV's new encyclical on AI — and what it can teach us about the work we're doing here.
- This week, Austin Wade Smith joins us for Building with Broad Data — a walk through his River Computer prototypes and how real-world context can ground distributed intelligence, value, and new institutional experiments. He frames it through "broad data": scale through distributed plurality, not centralized volume.
AI Nights, (almost) every Thursday
We've started hosting AI Nights most Thursdays, with rotating themes — local/sovereign AI, vibecode nights, agent building, and more. This Thursday kicks us off with a night on local & sovereign computing (5–7:30 PM). For now these are open to the public; we're also beginning to explore member-only gatherings so we can go deeper with our most committed community.
A more accessible way to join
We recently introduced tiered memberships, so you can become a member even if a full-time co-working spot isn't your thing. It starts at $30/month, which includes one free co-working day a month plus access to member-only channels and events. We want joining the hub to be within reach for more people.
If you're curious about going deeper with us, the best next step is simply to reach out — start a conversation with any of us you know, or come grab a free day pass and meet the community in person. Already been in for a day and ready to go further? Explore membership →
Building the cooperative
Behind the scenes, we've been hard at work building RegenHub as a Limited Cooperative Association. We fully incorporated on February 6th this year, and have been fleshing out bylaws and member agreements ever since. Our focus right now: strengthening our member systems, bringing more people in to co-work, and growing into a genuine gathering place and Schelling point for community in Boulder.
We'd love for you to deepen with us — as community, and as co-workers.
